This guide covers everything you need to know about purchasing, renewing, and upgrading your AICORA plan.
The Secure Purchase Workflow
To ensure maximum security, all purchases are initiated from INSIDE the AICORA desktop application.
If you try to access the purchase page from the website without being logged into the app, you will see this notice:
Authentication token not found. Please log in from the desktop application.

Here is the correct and secure purchasing process
Launch from the App: In the AICORA app, navigate to the HOME screen, click your profile icon in the top-right, and click the PURCHASE button.

Secure Redirect: This securely opens your web browser and logs you into our payment portal. Your X account is now linked to this session.

Choose Your Plan
On the payment portal page, you will see our available subscription plans.
Review the features and select the plan that best suits your needs (e.g., AUTOCHAT, AGENTS, ULTIMATE).
Click the GET STARTED button on your chosen plan.

4. Select Your Payment Method
A "Choose Payment Method" pop-up will appear. Payments are accepted only in USDT on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC / BEP-20).
We offer two convenient ways to pay:
PAY WITH WALLET (Recommended for Desktop Users): This is the simplest method if you use a browser extension wallet like MetaMask or OKX Wallet. It allows for a direct, secure connection.
PAY WITH CRYPTOMUS (Recommended for Mobile or Exchange Users): This method provides a QR code and a wallet address. It's perfect if you want to pay using a mobile wallet or directly from an exchange account (like Binance, KuCoin, etc.).

Confirm Your Purchase
No matter which payment method you choose, a final confirmation window will appear, summarizing your purchase.
It will show your chosen plan, the price in USDT, and the duration.
Review the details and click CONFIRM.

Completing the Payment
The next step depends on the method you selected in Step 4.
If you chose PAY WITH WALLET:
Your browser wallet (e.g., MetaMask) will pop up asking you to confirm the transaction.
Ensure you have sufficient USDT (BEP-20) and a small amount of BNB for gas fees in your wallet.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet, and you're done!
If you chose PAY WITH CRYPTOMUS:
You will be redirected to a dedicated Cryptomus payment page. This page is valid for one hour.
You will see a QR code and a specific wallet address. You must send the exact amount of USDT shown to this address.

â ïļ CRITICAL: Pay the Exact Amount! The amount shown on the Cryptomus page may include a small network fee (e.g., if your plan is $299, the required payment might be $300 USDT to cover a $1 USDT fee).
You must send the exact amount requested. If you send less, your payment will not be fully processed, your subscription will not activate, and you will need to complete a second payment to cover the remaining balance. Please double-check the amount before sending.
Success!
Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (which usually takes less than a minute), your subscription will be activated instantly.
You can restart the AICORA desktop application, and you will see your new membership status reflected in your profile. You now have access to all the powerful features of your chosen plan
Subscription Management: Renewals & Upgrades
We've designed our logic to be fair and transparent.
1. Renewing or Extending a Plan:
If you purchase the same plan again while your current one is active, the new service period is simply added to your existing expiration date. You don't lose any days.
Example: Your plan expires on June 30th. On June 15th, you buy another month. Your new expiration date will become July 30th.
2. Upgrading to a Different Plan (Pro-Rata System):
We don't want you to lose money if you decide to upgrade mid-month. You cannot directly purchase a higher-tier or lower-tier plan if you already have an active one. Instead, you'll need to contact our support team for a guided upgrade.

How it Works: You must contact our support team for a guided upgrade.
The Process:
Our team will calculate the value of the remaining, unused days on your current plan.
We will cancel your current plan and apply that unused value as a credit towards your new, upgraded plan.
We will then provide you with a special link to complete the upgrade purchase for the difference in price.
Example Scenario:
Alice buys the AUTOCHAT plan for $149 (for 30 days). Her plan expires on June 30th.
On June 15th, she decides she needs the ULTIMATE plan. She is halfway through her current plan, so she has $74.50 (149 / 2) of unused value.
She contacts our support team. We will:
Cancel her current AUTOCHAT membership.
Refund the $74.50 of unused value directly to her wallet address.
Provide her with a fresh link to purchase the ULTIMATE plan for the full price.
This process ensures you never pay for two plans at the same time. You only pay for what you use, and you get the full value from every dollar spent.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
What if my browser doesn't have a wallet extension?
No problem. When you get to the payment page, simply copy the URL from that browser and paste it into a browser that does have your wallet extension installed. Our payment links are tied to your X account and your wallet address, not a specific browser, so everything is secure.
How do I disconnect my wallet?
If you want to switch wallets or simply disconnect, just refresh the payment page. The wallet connection state will automatically be reset, and you can connect a new one.
